Every appointment booked, every referral, every share, every client who chooses to sit in my chair… it means more to me than you probably realize.

Because supporting Hairapy with Rachel doesn’t just support a salon suite. It helps me create moments like this—taking my babies out to dinner, holding their little hands, laughing together, and getting to be present for the memories I know won’t stay little forever. 🥹

I’m so incredibly thankful that I get to do something I love and that it helps me provide for the two people who mean absolutely everything to me.

What does “Hairapy” actually mean to me? 🤍

When I chose the name Hairapy with Rachel, I thought it was cute and fitting.

But over time, it became something much deeper than hair.

To me, Hairapy is the woman who sits in my chair carrying a hundred things on her mind… and for a little while, she gets to put them down.

It’s the mom who spends so much of her life taking care of everyone else finally getting a few hours where someone is taking care of her.

It’s the woman who looks in the mirror and doesn’t quite feel like herself anymore… and watching her face change when she finally sees a version of herself she recognizes again.

It’s the conversations about marriage, motherhood, grief, dreams, stress, faith, friendships, work, and everything in between.

It’s laughing together.
It’s crying together.
It’s celebrating the good things and sitting with each other through the hard ones.

Some of the most meaningful moments I’ve had behind the chair had very little to do with hair.

And somewhere along the way, I realized what an honor that is.

People trust me with their appearance, yes… but they also trust me with their stories. Their insecurities. Their big life moments. Sometimes even the things they haven’t said out loud to anyone else.

I never want to take that lightly.

Of course I want you to leave loving your hair. I want it healthy, beautiful, dimensional, and completely you.

But even more than that, I want you to leave feeling a little lighter.

A little more confident.

A little more cared for.

A little more like yourself again.

Because sometimes an appointment isn’t just an appointment.

Sometimes you just need a safe chair, a listening ear, a little laughter… and really good hair at the end of it. 🥹🤍

That’s what Hairapy means to me.
