THIS Friday, Sept 5th in Hood River, Oregon! I’m looking forward to spinning some DOPE ON PLASTIC at the annual “Breakin’ in the Gorge” B-boy battle. This is one of my favorite B-boy events in the Northwest. In fact, this will be the 18th annual event!
If you live in the Portland area, take a little adventure over to Hood River on Fri, Sept 5th. It’s only about a 50 minute drive from Portland. The event will be outdoors on a beautiful Friday evening, it’s family friendly (all ages welcome), and it’s free to attend. The event starts at 5pm, and the battles start at 6:30pm. The whole thing usually wraps up a little after dark.
I can’t say enough good things about this event. The community always shows up and embraces this fun, entertaining, exciting event. Put it on your calendar, and come get some authentic Hip-Hop culture in your life. Peace!✌️

A look at some of the smiling faces at Wicked Wednesday last night. There’s nothing like a warm summer night at Portland’s Hip-Hop sanctuary, surrounded by good music and good people. Thanks to everyone who made it a priority to join us…. especially my man DJ Smuve who made the drive all the way up from Eugene to spin with us. Always a pleasure whenever DJ Smuve pulls up with a crate of records to share. 💯
