āœØNothing says Fall is Coming like a porch refresh!

This year, I repurposed a few items and combined them with a new items.

I have truly decided that faux mums are the way to go after trying to keep several alive.

Low maintenance decor works for me.

The burgundy and orange tones are a gorgeous combination.

The new wreath is stunning and I will create a separate video to highlight it.

āœØTable design is one of the easiest things to add that will draw your eye to a natural focal point.

Choosing a vase with height will cause you to look up, and might I add, its easier on the neck

āœ…I chose ZGallerieā€™s Cielo vases.

I personally love to use green moss because it brings nature inside the home since 1 am not an outdoorsy person.

Green is also vibrant and provides an instant pop of color when the rest of the room may feel muted or sterile.

Therefore, it seems appropriate to look back at some of my decorating additions that helped to bring in the month of September.

Apparently owning a Dyson also makes me a certified vacuum technician.

Donā€™t get me wrongā€”NOTHING is separating me from my Dyson.

But taking it apart, washing filters, scrubbing pieces and performing routine maintenance myself?! This was not included in my soft-life plans. šŸ˜‚

And Dysonā€¦ since Iā€™m apparently an employee now, the least you couldā€™ve done was send me that toothbrush. But I digress.

Today weā€™re cleaning, resetting and welcoming Fall into our homeā€”but without redecorating the entire house.

First things firstā€¦the Positioned Circle has spoken! I asked whether you HANDWASH your dishes or use the dishwasher, and I was genuinely surprised that my fellow handwashers won! šŸ«§

āœØHomemade Cake Makes Everything Better!

True story - Once upon a time, I took a Wiltonā€™s class and had a whole tool box of cake accessories.

I used to decorate cakes (not this kind) and take orders for fraternities, churches, and more.

Recently, my youngest daughter said she didnā€™t know what happened because she didnā€™t get to experience that life.

So, I baked a cake so she would hurshšŸ˜‰.
