We took a field trip to Greenville last night to attend a collaborative dinner at with their chef and Raleigh chef .g.ellis of .raleigh.It was a beautifully executed evening of inventive courses, seamless wine pairings and the kind of hospitality that makes our state so special.

This is what we love most about North Carolina’s food scene right now: chefs who share a table, a kitchen and a vision for creating dinners that can’t be replicated anywhere else.
