Public Works Director Brendan Thoman told the city council this week that diagonal parking had been added back in locations south of Main after last year’s slurry seal project, along Sixth Street as well as both sides of Broadway and South Second Street. Members of the Wind River Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution honored Riverton Police Department Detective Bhagya Nethicumara with the prestigious National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution Law Enforcement Commendation Award.
