Today on the show, Chef Plum gave a few easy things to make when you have too many rotting tomatoes. Anna made the tomato feta dip and it was just as easy as he said. Chop the tomatoes, put in a block of feta cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, some oregano if you have it, and bake for 20 minutes at 375. Mix it up, and boom! You have a yummy dip to serve with some pita chips!
