Come see Becker at Goodrich Maple Farm!! 🍁

Becker is happy to announce that we will once again be showcasing a couple pumps for the St. Albans Festival next weekend. This year Goodrich Maple Farm in Eden has kindly welcomed us into their operation to set up for the weekend and show our pumps. Chris Goodrich from Goodrich Maple Service and Neil Walling from Ripple Rd. Maple Products;The Retail Division of Walling Family Sugarhouse will be there to answer any questions and provide any information you need for your pumps.

Please stop by if you plan on being in the area to check out the Goodrich Maple Farm operation or if you wanted to talk to your Becker friends.

We will be there Friday April 24th and Saturday April 25th from 10am-3PM.

Vermont Maple Ambassadors Candidates For 2026 Needed!

Vermont Maple Sugar Makers Association, Vermont Maple Festival, Franklin County Maple Sugarmakers Association & Caledonia Maple Association Co-Sponsors are looking for candidates for Vermont Maple Ambassadors to be interviewed via ZOOM on Saturday, April 18 and you would be asked to attend events for 2026-2027.

Two individuals, a male and a female, will be chosen to represent the Vermont Maple industry at functions throughout Vermont and New England for one year.

A $2500 scholarship will be awarded to each recipient. This Scholarship competition is open to any Vermont student ages 16-21. The candidate does not have to come from a sugaring family but they must have knowledge and experience about maple sugaring.

The Vermont Maple Ambassadors promote, publicize and educate the public with their maple knowledge. They take part in Fairs, Festivals, Field Days, and are in attendance at most significant events where maple is a part of the occasion.

The Vermont Building at the Eastern States Exposition in Springfield, Massachusetts is one of the places where the Maple Ambassador will frequently play host and hostess.
