Hi everyone, I want to introduce you to "Pretty The Mini Pittie" we rescued her from the streets of Salem in December of 2024. She was staying in the stairwell of the Essex Street Garage with a "unhoused" individual. We heard the police looking for that individual to arrest him, so we found him and her before the police. We asked if he had someone to take her. She was malnourished, had dandruff, green/yellow gunk coming from her eyes and her nails were all white.

Long story short we ended up taking care of her and notified the "unhoused" individual that we had her. He got out months later and told us he wanted her back but then thought about her being back on the streets and tod us we could give him some money and keep her. I am now in sole custody of her.

She is in the running for "America's Favorite Pet" and currently in 12th place in the 2nd round. She needs to stay in the top 15 by January 22nd to move to the next round. TODAYS VOTES COUNT AS DOUBLE!!! Please cast your vote and follow her page to watch the biggest "Under Dog" story of 2025-26!!!

Scanners have been used for news gathering purposes since at least the 1940's, and helped people get to scenes like 9/11 and the death of Eric Garner. As you all know that is how I was able to run this page and inform everyone with what was happening with live coverage of these incidents.

As most of you all know the Salem MA Police have encrypted their radio to prevent people of the public from hearing and being informed about what is going on in their city. Boston Police Department (Official) have done the same.

Salem PD claims it's for their safety and so criminals cam not be updated or tipped off while committing crimes, although they have zero evidence of this happening in Salem.

As I have read most of the comments and they all echo each other, this is less transparent, and keeps the tax payers that pay for these systems in the dark. What do you all think of the new encryption on Massachusetts Police Departments. Florida has been doing this for years...

If you are serious about trying to catch stories and be first to any emergency scene, you use a scanner. Scanners have been used in journalism for over 80 years!!! If we couldn't use scanners then some of the biggest stories have been documented because of journalist using scanners. Including the 3 stories mainstream has used from me this summer. Not Including the most recent story of mine to reach the paper. Meanwhile the DA tries to use the fact I use a scanner to "show up on scenes and essentially harass" trying to make my 1st AMENDMENT a CRIME. I appreciate you all and look forward to see what the future brings!!! Much respect and appreciation!!!

This is the end of a traffic stop made by Sgt. Fisher of the Salem Police Department. My dashcam was selective in saving videos and the beginning part was nit captured (I eventually got new dashcam).

He walked upto my car with his bodycam removed from his chest, and right away I inquired about why he was not wearing it. He told me that "it is at the stations charging and uploading videos."

The traffic stop was because another officer had ran my plates to try and later harass me for anything they could find, which they claimed my license was suspended. Fisher came back to my car with a different story that my license was "no status found."

I filed a complaint for bodycam policy violations, and it was found sustained. Salem Police chief Lucas Miller responded that Fisher "It was determined that Sgt. Fisher should have had his camera when he initiated the stop of your vehicle. It was also determined that Sgt. Fisher erroneously believed that his BWC was left at the station house in the charger when he made the statement to you. It was verified that he took steps to retrieve it after he discontinued your car stop, but discovered it elsewhere."

So a Sgt. which is a supervisor of other officers "erroneously believed that his BWC was left at the station... discontinued your car stop, but discovered it elsewhere."

Does that sound like a lie, and he removed it before walking up to my car to aviod documenting the retaliatory stop? Or that he is incompetent and loses track of his equipment. What if that was his gun, pepper spray or tazer?

I have been posting more on my X account as people over their seem to care about corruption in the government than people on Facebook do. Do you think a sitting judge who is the "First Justice" of Salem District Court should be good friends with the sitting DA? You want to know why I haven't been posting or exercising my 1st amendment? It's because of these 2 targeting me and conspiring to shut me up.

This is the inauguration of Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker, where it was admitted that "First Justice of Salem District Court" Randy Chapman has been close friends him for 35 years, even stating that Paul Tuckers wife was 9 months pregnant at Chapman's wedding. Does this relationship make you believe there is no bias in the prosecution and the judge?

These are the 2 individuals that conspired against me for exercising my 1st amendment rights of filming public officials in public.

DA Paul Tucker sent 2 Homicide Detectives to the Salem Court to question me about lawful activities, and then my cases were transferred (illegally). As the paperwork stated it was for "conflict of interest" after over a year of prosecuting me at that Courthouse. The Law they quoted stated it was for "caseload" purposes and ADA McAndrews said on the record "I can tell Mr. Mattson that his case was transferred based on his conduct in the Salem district court and after court where it is alleged and he's being under investigation that he did follow a district court judge to his car and made harassing statements towards district attorneys and judges"

The alleged investigation found no crime had been committed. ADA McAndrews also spoke for Randy Chapman asking for a stay-away order to be applied to my separate cases from this incident. Which was an illegal order and a violation of my due process, right to confront my accusers and to defend myself against alleged crimes that were founded to not be criminal. McAndrews stated "we are asking for the additional condition that he stay away from the Ruane Center in Salem and all judges or assistant district attorneys." That was granted...

I have much more I am putting together about this close relationship between high ranking Judge Chpman and the Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker.

This is the video of an apparent overdosed Lynn Police Department officer on opiods. The Lynn police have released a statement stating this was a "medical emergency." IF so why didn't his partners call EMS for medical assistance. His partner said it was because he "worked a double and his back was injured."
