From the Office of The Chief Executive Officer:
Ladies and Gentlemen, Vendors, Partners, Staff Members, Managers, and of course clients and customers. I would like to take a moment to address the recent declaration by the World Health Organization of the CORVID-19 outbreak better known as "Coronavirus."
As a father, husband, and citizen it is my first duty to ensure the health, protection, and welfare of my family and neighbors. As a CEO it is my first duty to ensure the welfare and health of my staff, managers, employees, and all persons who interact with our company and it's subsidiaries, most notably Nighthammer Studios.
It is, therefore, my directive, effective immediately, as of 11:08 am Mountain Time, March 11th, 2020 that all in-person interactions between are suspended until further notice. The company will be transitioning to a fully-internet communication based only until such time as it is deemed safe for the health of our staff, vendors, partners, and customers.
In addition, to ensure the stability and ongoing operation of the business in the case of any incapacitation of our management staff, I am appointing Trent Rabe as my temporary Chief of Staff who will serve as the second in charge of our organization and all of its subsidiaries and will assume the role of Acting Chief Executive Officer in the event of an emergency situation which incapacitates my ability to continue in this role. These measures are temporary until the passing of this Pandemic.
