Closed doors always open new ones.

I was recently invited to a podcast where the Founder of the Podcast wasn't able to connect with me due to traveling. Totally understandable. His mission is a great one as someone who launched M42 Adventures which is a community of adventurous and improvement minded men who want to enjoy the outdoors.

Jess and I just received this review 11 hours ago and have permission to share.

I have been lowering chronic pain for ten years by finding emotional root cause.

Examples:

Woman had stroke and left eye had pain. Doctors assumed it was nerves affected by stroke.. I found her pineal gland was imbalanced which gives physical pain within the eyes; lowered it down 75 percent in one session.

Lower back pain client thought it was disc issues causing pain but actually it was a spiritual to physical disconnection with the adrenals and kidneys which both cause lower back pain.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month — and I want to bring something raw and real to the table:

The “Father Trauma Bond” is real.
Not many talk about it. But I’ve lived it.

Growing up, I lived in fear of my father.
I never felt heard.
I never felt safe.
There were physical moments, emotional wounds, and an overwhelming silence that still echoes inside me. Luckily, I attracted Energy Medicine into my life.

For years, I didn’t understand why I kept feeling stuck in life…
Why I’d sabotage peace…
Why I’d attract relationships that mirrored the pain I knew so well.

That’s when I realized: I was trauma bonded to the version of “love” I knew from my father.
And that bond was still controlling me.

Working through father wounds isn’t easy — but it’s necessary.
We don’t heal by avoiding. We heal by understanding.

I was given permission by my client to share this about her young daughter who is 17 years old.

Irregular menstruation. Gone.
Anxiety. Gone.

Many people don’t realize how deeply traumatizing it can be to care for a parent who's dying of cancer.

It’s a sacred role… but one that leaves invisible wounds.

I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

I had the honor—and the heartbreak—of caring for my mother as she passed from pancreatic cancer back in 2011.

And lately, my intuition has been gently reminding me:
I’m still carrying trauma from that time. Quiet, heavy pieces of it… still lingering.

So I’ve started doing some deep work on myself to heal and move forward.
