I recently had a client send me this review of our work:
I thought, "How hard can marketing for our school be?" So, I put our school on Instagram and Facebook and let our digital art teacher create our images. Together we wrote frequent updates about our programs and activities. But looking at the metrics, we were oonly reaching our existing families. They loved seeing photos of their kids building Lego robotics and gardening! Pictures of happy students doing hands-on activities might have helped retention, but...We got exactly zero information calls and zero requests for a school tour. Same outcome even when I tried to boost some of these posts. Like so many other things, social media marketing is a bit more complicated than it looks. What do we always tell the students? "When you're stuck, raise your hand and ask for help." I knew I had to find someone that knows how to fill our empty seats. I reached Chelsey and her team and can proudly say that it was a great decision to have them direct our social marketing strategy. They were able to not only track who was seeing our ads, but the calls we were receiving from those who saw our ads!”
