One of the Business Women’s Forum goals is to celebrate and recognize one another’s accomplishments — so we’re excited to do just that!

Please join us in congratulating the Salt Lake Chamber's Director of Events & Programs, Tara Baucom, on being named an Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE) 40 Under 40 Honoree.

This award spotlights emerging leaders in the chamber industry who demonstrate exceptional achievement and make meaningful contributions in their communities. Tara was recognized for her outstanding work and her “ability to envision and execute large-scale events that not only meet the objectives but exceed all expectations.” She was nominated by the Chamber’s COO, Heidi Walker.

Our Story

The Business Women’s Forum is a program organized by the Salt Lake Chamber that invites local women managers, executives, and entrepreneurs to improve their personal development and networking skills thorough bi-monthly luncheons and mixers. Each event includes a spotlight on a non-profit organization, a presentation give by an accomplished speaker, and thought provoking round table discussions. These luncheons are organized by the BWF Steering Committee and include topics which are related to the community or are suggested from the attendees.
