Westminster Honors College hosted a Lunch and Learn with journalist and author Michael Finkel to speak about his writing process and his book The Art Thief.

Finkel said that there are many hard steps when it comes to creating a story, from coming up with an idea to connecting with sources. He encourages students to start by writing anything in their heads.

“You cannot work with words that aren’t written,” Finkel said.
