My passion has always been bringing people together - and yes - almost always over a meal. It's how we honor our families and friends, celebrate our milestones and traditions, gather our colleagues and visionaries, mediate with our adversaries and competitors, and how we nourish our souls and bodies. It is hard not to connect with another's humanity after you have sat across the table from them an

d looked them eye-to-eye over a meal. Whether it is the simplest of meals or the most extravagant and orchestrated epicurean adventure - it is in the sharing, the preparation, the intention and love that we are reminded of who we are.
