The Transformation Begins on a Canvas!

This painting became our villain. 🦋😱

MARIPOSAS is a metamorphosis horror film where every piece of the world begins as art, handmade, hand-painted, born on canvas before it ever becomes a scene.

Over the next few weeks, we’re bringing the world to life and sharing the entire process with you, from paintings and creature builds to props, costumes, rehearsals, and behind-the-scenes chaos before cameras roll in July.🎨🧑‍🎨🫟

Super excited for this week to get things in motion for “Mariposas”! The cast just did a table read of the full script for the first time and the energy in the room was REAL!!! 🎬❤️😊🦋

These girls are working hard to get ready to get to know each other and have fun making this film!

Now we need help building the world they’ll perform in! Every mask, every prop, every glow effect is handmade. Every donor gets a CONTRIBUTOR credit in the final film. Can’t wait to show you our process as we move forward with the film.

We’re thrilled to announce the live online premiere of "Love Can Be Poison", our latest collaboration with Writer and Director Carter Cerretani.

It’s been such a pleasure producing this project alongside Fun Pants Film Co. and helping bring Carter’s unique vision to life. He did an incredible job editing and shaping the final film, we couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out.

We can’t wait to see where the festival run takes this film and to watch Carter continue to grow in his filmmaking journey. For now, enjoy the limited release tomorrow, before it goes to the festivals!
