Please join us in congratulating Sergeant Peter Miller on graduating today from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s 61st Florida Leadership Academy in Boynton Beach, Florida.

The Florida Leadership Academy is a competitive, four-week professional development program through the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute that brings together first-line law enforcement supervisors from agencies across the state. Participants in the Academy take part in academic work, leadership training, and build connections with peers and leaders across Florida law enforcement. The curriculum focuses on real-world leadership skills, communication, accountability, and professionalism to better serve their agencies and communities. 

We are proud of Sgt. Miller’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to continuous improvement. His graduation from this program reflects not only his personal achievement but also his readiness to take on new challenges and lead with integrity.
