Back in July of this year, the residents of Kerr County, Texas were devastated by local flooding that ravaged their communities. To date, 117 people lost their lives due to the flooding and thousands more were impacted with loss of property. DSM Becki Gillaspia not only rallied her team, but also other districts and regions to raise support for these victims and recently they were able to present that support to those supporting relief efforts in Kerr County. Through both volunteer efforts as well as financial support, Russell Cellular responded and made an impact in in the lives impacted by this historic flooding event. Thank you BGIL for leading the way and for all RC team members as well as our customers who partnered together in supporting these communities! It matters more than you will ever know!

"Much like others leaving reviews, I have to give a shout out to Cody. He helped me on 2 separate occasions within 3 weeks. Both times he was super friendly and professional. However, today he went beyond what I would ever expect from anyone. I needed a replacement phone and they were out of stock. I couldn't take another day off work and wait for it to come in stock. So he drove and picked up one from another Verizon store and called me when he could help me fix it. He was a real life saver. Big thanks!" Regional Director John Kilgore and his team recently supported RC team member Danielle Cooper in her battle with a several medical situation. We are grateful to be able to support our RC Family in their time of need! .
