Three reels. Three days on the market. And now… PENDING! 🎉🏡

This beautiful home on Shawnee Lake in Jamestown, OH was one of our favorite listings to capture this summer. For this reel, we focused on what makes lake living so special; the outdoor spaces, the water views, and the lifestyle that comes with calling a place like this home.

One thing we loved about this project was seeing Don step in front of the camera for all three reels. Buyers don't just connect with homes, they connect with people, stories, and the lifestyle being presented. Don did an incredible job bringing this property to life.

Meet the newest listing agent in the area… 🤣

When you're 11 years old, a house tour isn't just a house tour, it's a chance to show off your dance moves, have some fun, and somehow still give a better walkthrough than most adults. 😂

Watching Kash confidently run through this beautiful home at 485 N Terrace Creek Ct in Lebanon was a reminder that sometimes the best content isn't perfectly scripted. It's genuine, full of personality, and makes people smile.

And honestly? He did an amazing job.

Would we hire him again? Absolutely. 💯

(Although we may need to negotiate his compensation package… probably in snacks.)
