Sometimes there’s nothing wrong with the strategy…. You just haven’t given it enough time yet.

The brands seeing real results are not rebuilding their marketing every 7 business days because a reel (or two) underperformed.

A strong strategy needs enough time, data, and testing to actually tell us something useful.

That means testing:
👉 hooks
👉 messaging
👉 visuals
👉 formats
👉 content styles
👉 calls to action
👉 audience reaction & behavior

It seems like everywhere you turn nowadays, someone is telling you to just 'use Ai'.

Ai can sort your emails, run your entire marketing strategy, write copy for all your posts, even create (cringey) graphics. But there is ONE thing Ai can never do, and that's be a human.

People use social media as an escape. An opportunity to connect. To solve the problems that have been keeping them awake at night.

They search for them, scroll for them, and when they find them, they use their resources (like time and money) to solve them.

If you're letting Ai do all the work for you, then why would a customer ever trust you (a human) to help them?

I’m just going to say it: Not every post is meant to lead to a sale.

Buying, purchasing, spending money… it’s not a one-post decision, it’s a psychological process.

If you’re expecting people to open their wallets every time they see your name on their feed, you’re going to be disappointed.

Before someone buys, they need to:
recognize you as a viable option, understand what you have to offer, and believe you’re the right fit.

Thankfully, of that can be accomplished with a comprehensive social media strategy ✨

Your social media marketing should guide people through the buying process, and not rush to make the sale.

Some posts build awareness.
Some build trust.
Some drive action.

I charged my first client $500 to run their social media.

No contract, no real deliverables, and no clear understanding of what “good” results even meant.

I just knew I cared… and I wanted to figure it out. And over time, I did.

Between my marketing degree, agency experience, and being part of a family business, I started to understand what actually drives growth, and what doesn’t.

What started as “just posting” turned into building real marketing strategies behind the content so there is no room for guessing - only a clear plan for how to get our clients results and speak directly to their people.

Now, 8 years later, this looks very different.

We aren't winging it or posting just to 'stay consistent'.
