📢 Hey friends! We just wanted to remind our customers NOT to pay using DOXO. This is a third party payment service who is not affiliated with us. They will eventually get the payment to us but we have no way of knowing when or if you have paid through them. Paying your water bill through them does not keep you from getting late fees or being turned off for non payment if we haven't received your payment on time. We have lots of options for payments.
