It is published on Wednesdays and on newsstands Tuesday night. Its office, located at 119 South Proctor Knott Avenue in Lebanon, has been at its current location since April of 1966. The staff is comprised of a publisher, a news/sports reporter, an office manager/ ad salesperson, a circulation clerk, a graphic artist manager, and a driver.

In case you haven't heard, it will be Carrie Truitt vs Ben Mudd in the Kentucky Senate race this fall.

Election results are in! These numbers are unofficial.

Democratic Primary:
In the race for Sheriff, Jeff Caldwell wins with 1,633 votes, followed by Ray Gardner at 1,326 and Chad Rakes at 166. Caldwell is unopposed in November.

Marion County Jailer -- Tina Huntsberger 2,000; Tony Furmon 1,108

District 3 Magistrate -- Craig Bishop 478; Tommy Troutman 171
District 5 Magistrate -- Calab Buckman 488; Glenn Thompson 71

In the District 14 Kentucky Senate Carrie Truitt 2451; Malcolm Jones 419. The Enterprise does not yet have full results from other counties in the District.

On the Republican side for District 14 Kentucky Senate Ben Mudd carried Marion County 1,036 followed by Stephen Carney 271; Dallas Robinson 251; James Victery 86; Peggy Smith 54; Lynn Shelburne 16; and Brian Bayers 10. Again, The Enterprise does not yet have full results from other counties in the District.

We will post the final results for the State Senate seat when we have them.
