Posted by a fan: The operator of the Dulles Greenway filed an application with the SCC for an increase in tolls up 2.8% to $4.30 and $5.25 respectively. Please speak out on this outrageous abuse by contacting the SCC: Those who wish to provide input to the SCC can mail their comments to the Clerk of the State Corporation Commission, Document Control Center, P.O. Box 2118, Richmond, Va. 23218-2118, and should refer to case number PUE-2014-00129. People wishing to submit comments electronically should go to the SCC’s Web site, www.scc.virginia.gov/case, click on the “Public Comments/Notices” link and then the “Submit Comments” button for case number PUE-2014-00129. All comments must be received by Feb. 6.

Public Comments/Notices Commission orders often include public notification requirements. Such notices are made available here as a convenience to consumers. To submit comments or requests for hearing electronically, complete the form provided and submit your information.
