Please call 9-1-1 if you have an emergency.
🚨 ATTENTION EVERYONE 🚨
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a fire emergency, DO NOT call an individual employee from the fire department — CALL 911.
Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue lately, and it needs to be addressed.
When you call 911, you are activating the entire emergency response system — not just one person. Dispatchers immediately gather critical information, send the appropriate units, and coordinate the fastest and safest response. This ensures you get the right resources, at the right time, without delay.
Calling an individual firefighter or department employee directly can actually slow down the response. They may be off duty, unavailable, or unable to coordinate the full response needed. Every second matters in an emergency, and going through 911 ensures nothing is missed.
Please help us keep everyone safe by using the proper system:
✅ Call 911 for ALL emergencies
❌ Do NOT call personal or direct numbers for emergency situations
Your cooperation helps protect you, your family, and your community. Thank you for your understanding and support.
