Looking for a quick weeknight meal that highlights all the best August flavors? Try your hand at French bread pizzas! We made a quick pesto tonight with fresh basil and garlic, added thinly sliced zucchini and some of our amazing tomatoes. Add protein if you wish (we had some leftover grilled chicken), sprinkle with cheese of your choice and finish with some balsamic drizzle. 400 degrees for about 10 minutes and dinner was on the table!
