Going to be a busy summer…

Hard to believe it’s been 4 years since has opened. I recall driving to Thomaston (OG Location) fitting in night classes. When Marsh talked about the space that was being opened in Avon it was nice being able to stay “home”. Today was a classic CrossFit style workout and I’m not sure how I’ll make it to past 10pm 🤣 Handstand walk practice, wall walks, pike holds, 60 deadlifts, 2400 meters of running and the day hasn’t even started. Wouldn’t haven’t it another way! Thanks override north. Happy to be your founding “father”.
