Pete White, a 7th-grader at Carver Middle School, is in his first year with the Tulsa Youth Opera. He recently performed as Friedrich von Trapp in Tulsa Opera's recent production of "The Sound of Music."

Pete says that participating in Tulsa Youth Opera has helped him to become more respectful and more comfortable speaking in front of his class at school.
