This past Sunday, we wrapped up our Master Beekeeping testing in El Paso, the final stop in our statewide testing series!

We’re not done yet though—our last exam of the year will take place in Waco, TX on November 20th during the Texas Beekeepers Association (TBA) Convention.

The Honey Bee Veterinary Consortium (HBVC) Conference is coming to Texas for the first time ever — and you don’t want to miss it!

The American Beekeeping Federation is offering $2,000 through the Bee Practical Award to support creative, useful ideas from real beekeepers.

Winners will:
-Receive funding to develop or showcase their idea
-Present at the 2026 ABF Conference in Mobile, AL (free registration included!)
- Be featured in the ABF Quarterly magazine
