Warmer days are here, and that means it’s time for a little hydration reality check.

Yes, drinking water matters.

But if you’re dieting, eating lighter, sweating more, moving more, or on a GLP-1, there’s something else you may need to pay attention to:

Electrolytes.

Because hydration is not just about how much water you drink. It’s also about helping your body actually use it well.

That’s exactly why we created Hydrate.

We wanted something that tasted good enough to actually drink, but was also thoughtfully made for the kind of real-life wellness support so many of us are looking for now.

No “hold your nose and chug it” energy.
No weird aftertaste.
No pretending something is delicious when it tastes like a science project.

Just a better way to support hydration when the days get warmer, your body needs a little extra care, and plain water is not always cutting it.

Hydration is your friend.
Electrolytes are the part a lot of people forget.

Meet Hydrate — made to taste as good as it supports you.

Happy National Hamburger Day!

And listen… if we’re going to celebrate a burger, we are going to do it right.

Because a truly great burger is not just meat on a bun — or lettuce wrap, or plate, or however you love yours.

It’s juicy.
It’s flavorful.
It’s seasoned properly.
It has the right toppings.
It feels satisfying.
And it does not taste like “diet food with grill marks.”

That’s why I put together my guide for making the Ultimate Burger — big flavor, smart ingredients, and all the “yes please” energy you want from a classic favorite.

Whether you’re keeping things lighter, lower carb, Lean and Green, GLP-1 friendly, or just want a better burger, this is the one to save.

Because healthy food should still make you excited to eat.

This recipe went viral last year for a reason.

It’s. That. Damn. Good.

And even better?

It’s that easy, too.

My Juicy Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin is one of those weeknight dinners that tastes like you did something impressive, when really you just made a very smart decision.

Tender pork.
Garlic butter flavor.
Juicy slices.
Simple ingredients.
Big “oh my gosh, make this again” energy.

It’s perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, family dinners, or those nights when you want real food that feels a little special without turning your kitchen into a crime scene.

It’s Tuesday Tip time, and today we need to talk about a very real seasonal situation:

Summer Sticky Kitchen Syndrome.

You know what I mean.

The humidity kicks in, the cabinets feel tacky, the refrigerator seems to be sweating, the floor feels weirdly gross, and suddenly your kitchen has that “I swear I just cleaned this” energy.

So before summer fully turns your kitchen into a sticky little swamp, here are five simple weekly reset habits that make a huge difference:

Wipe cabinet handles and drawer pulls.
Clean the fridge door, handles, and seals.
Do a quick floor spot-clean or damp mop.
Wipe condiment bottles and fridge shelves.
Refresh the sink, faucet, trash lid, and trash area.
Nothing fancy. Nothing dramatic. No need to bleach the whole house while questioning your life choices.

Just a quick weekly kitchen reset so your space feels fresher, cleaner, and easier to cook in.

Because when your kitchen feels good, making food feels easier.

And that, my friend, is the whole point.

Today is Memorial Day, and while many of us are gathering around picnic tables, grills, gardens, porches, and people we love, it’s also a day to pause.

To remember.
To honor.
To recognize that the freedom we enjoy came at a cost.

And maybe the most meaningful way we can honor that freedom is by not wasting the life we still have the privilege to live.

Not perfectly.
Not dramatically.
Not by changing everything overnight.

But by choosing, little by little, to show up for the version of ourselves we still want to become.

Maybe that means taking better care of your body.
Maybe it means feeding yourself with more intention.
Maybe it means finally deciding that your energy, strength, confidence, and joy matter too.

Because they do.

You are not too old.
You are not too far behind.
You are not stuck in the chapter you’re currently in.

You are allowed to want more from this season of life.

More energy.
More ease.
More strength.
More flavor.
More peace.
More you.

So today, as we honor those who gave everything for freedom, maybe we can also quietly ask ourselves:

What am I doing with mine?

And then take one small step toward living like the answer matters.

Wishing you a meaningful Memorial Day filled with gratitude, reflection, good food, and the kind of moments that remind you how precious this life really is.

Let’s talk about the absolute salad saver: Citrus Dill Seasoning.

You know those summer salads that should be delicious but somehow taste like someone forgot to invite the flavor?

Citrus Dill fixes that.

It adds instant bright, fresh, sophisticated flavor to egg salad, pasta salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, cucumber salad, tuna salad, chicken salad — basically any salad that needs to stop being polite and start being delicious.

And this Bacon Ranch Cucumber Salad? Oh my gosh.

I made this last year and honestly wish I had brought twice as much. They practically licked the bowl clean. Cool, creamy, crunchy, savory, and completely picnic-table worthy.

This is the kind of easy side dish that makes people think you tried really hard.

We love that for you.

When meals get smaller, protein has to get smarter.

That’s one of the biggest things I’m seeing for women navigating GLP-1 life. You may not be able to eat the same volume of food, but your body still needs protein to help support strength, energy, and feeling your best.

That’s why I created Protein Power Hour — a recorded, chef-led class to help make protein easier, more doable, and actually delicious.
