Qualified 5th and redrew 6th for last nights first twin 50. Got caught up in a wreck early in the first race and couldn’t get the track position back. We finished 11th and Burt drew 14 for the second race which put us starting 3rd. We got to 2nd and were passing for the lead when we got pinched in the dirt. We ended up finishing 2nd. Proud of Slate for picking up his 2nd win.

Wanted to give a special shoutout to Jamie Vandever with 3rd Street Financial Corp for coming out last night. Hate we couldn’t have had a better night for them.

Had a good night until it wasn’t. We qualified 5th and redrew 4th for last nights 100 lapper at Bowman Gray. The car was super fast all night until we broke a rear end leading with around 40 laps to go. Hate it for all of my guys and sponsors. We will get to work and see you guys next week for Twin 25s! 🔥🏁

Talk about a Myers sweep…🧹 Congratulations to Slate Myers on becoming the 6th Myers and youngest driver to ever win a modified race at Bowman Gray! I am so proud of this kid, and for us to win on the same night is just awesome. We ended up finishing 14th in the second race after redrawing 14th. We were caught up in a caution which put us farther back than we would have liked, and in 25 laps it’s hard to make up those positions.

I got caught up in the excitement and forgot a few of my sponsors in victory lane, so I wanted to give them a shoutout here.
