Position Description
We are seeking a confident, energetic, self-starter to join our highly collaborative team as a Marketing Ex*****on Professional. Working closely with our co-CEO/Marketing Partner, you will be expected to take leadership in the ex*****on of Bigelow’s digital marketing strategy, website maintenance, e-marketing including the Positive Enterprise Value blog and podcast, and social media presence on LinkedIn and as well as assisting our Marketing Partner on all external outreach.
Additional responsibilities may include collaboration in the creation of short internal video productions, day-to-day contact with outside vendor partners and numerous administrative functions such as assisting with travel and meeting logistics, calendar management, proofing and preparing presentations, and meeting preparations. This position may include some travel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Required Skills & Experience
Five plus years of digital marketing ex*****on. You will have been a team member working with a strong marketing leader in a branded product or branded service company
Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred
Total mastery of Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint)
Power user of marketing tools including: WordPress, Salesforce, and iContact
Knowledge of SEO and website analytics
Intellectually curious about new technology and willing to experiment
Creative mindset
Extraordinary oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to multi-task
Glowing personal and professional references
Energized by a collaborative and coaching leadership environment
