The Machine Tool class at Four Rivers Career Center introduces students to the fundamentals of precision manufacturing and machining. Students learn how to safely operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and CNC equipment while interpreting technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments. The course emphasizes hands-on learning, problem-solving, and industry-standard practices, preparing students for entry-level employment, apprenticeships, or continued education in manufacturing and engineering fields.
