🍅 Try the Pomodoro Method🍅

25 minutes of study ➡ 5 minute break. Repeat. Your brain loves this rhythm!

💠Set a Timer: Work in focused intervals of 25 minutes known as “Pomodoro”.
💠Take Short Breaks: After each Pomodoro, take a 5-minute break to recharge
💠Repeat: After completing four Pomodoros, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes
