At this time, some customers are still experiencing intermittent issues. Our staff is actively working to resolve those issues and will continue to work until full restoration is achieved.

Today's outage was caused by two unique, unrelated issues from our wholesale internet service providers. When service went down, our team began troubleshooting immediately and was able to turn up a new connection to restore many services here in Wilson. We are continuing to investigate what happened today with our providers and will take steps to prevent an incident like this in the future.

We apologize to everyone who was inconvenienced by today's outage. We appreciate your support and patience with us as we've navigated this rare occurrence.
