We’ve been made aware of a fraudulent email scam currently circulating that falsely claims to be from WTC. These emails were not sent by us and may be attempting to trick recipients into sharing personal or financial information.

Important:
Do not click on any links or download attachments from suspicious emails. We will never ask for sensitive information like passwords or payment details via unsolicited email.

Here’s how to block unwanted senders and stay protected:
Netwtc: Open the email → Click the three dots in the top right → Select “Block [Sender]”
See example below.
Gmail: Open the email → Click the three dots in the top right → Select “Block [Sender]”
Outlook: Open the email → Click “Junk” → Select “Block Sender”
Yahoo: Open the email → Click the three dots → Choose “Block Sender”
Important Reminder: Always double-check the sender’s email address. If it looks suspicious or unfamiliar, don’t click on anything.

WTC Customers, please see the updated information on the construction along 5th Street.
Remember, you can pay your bill 24/7 at wtccommunications.com.

Attn Residents: We will be closing W. 5th St starting on October 20th. Access to business on the North side of West 5th will come from Wate Street and the South side will be accessed from Nicolaus. East 5th will be opening in next few days and will be open to the storage units and Pasvogel's. This will begin the final phase of this year. We look to finish the road portion in 2025 and in Spring 2026 do the multi-use path, corner finishing and lighting.
