Here Comes the Sun!

With it comes something called sun outages—a natural phenomenon that can temporarily affect your TV service.

What to Expect:
Sun outages occur twice a year, in Spring and Fall

This peak season: October 7-12
Times: typically between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Signal loss may last anywhere from 5–45 minutes

These outages are short-lived and completely normal, but we appreciate your patience while they pass.
