This Friday morning, our front office team will be heading out into the community to serve our neighbors as part of Wilton Elementary’s A Day of Caring.

Please be aware there may be temporary interruptions to services during the storm.
If you lose power, your WTC services will automatically restore once power is back on. It could take a brief moment.

If your services are not working properly after power is restored, try unplugging your equipment from the wall, waiting a few moments, and plugging it back in.

If you continue to have issues, please call our office at 563-732-3000 and follow the prompts.

Having trouble with your email after the weekend outage?

We’ve received a few reports of ongoing email issues, especially with apps like Outlook, Apple Mail, and Samsung Mail. If you're experiencing problems, try the following:

• Power cycle your device (turn it off and back on)
• Check your email settings and re-enter your password
• If needed, update your password (this will need to be updated on all devices)

Wilton Email Server Settings:
Incoming (POP3): pop3.netwtc.net (Port 110)
Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.netwtc.net (Port 587)
IMAP: imap.netwtc.net (Port 143)
Authentication: Yes (full email address & password)
