Massive flooding downpours have just affected Goodview, MN, and Winona, MN. Several streets in the area are severely flooded, and it is crucial to avoid driving through these areas, as doing so can be hazardous and potentially stall your vehicle. This footage was captured by Jeana Stigney from my vehicle, positioned in front of Westfield Golf Course. Fortunately, I have observed numerous individuals exercising caution by turning around.
