🌿 Throwback to a Special Mindful Moments Conversation
A little throwback to this incredible conversation with Craig and Kerry 🌻💚
We explored the powerful connection between nature, wellbeing, children, resilience and healthy communities — and how the simplest things around us can create meaningful conversations and learning.

✨ One day, two incredible events in Wyndham!

Today was a wonderful celebration of community, business, resilience and growth.

I had the pleasure of attending the Wyndham Business Conference by Wyndham Learning Festival and 2026 Wyndham Business Awards Finalist Celebration, celebrating the achievements and contributions of our local business community, before delivering my workshop Building Resilience for Success session.

🌿 My key message: resilience isn’t about never struggling it’s about recognising the signs early, building healthy habits, setting respectful boundaries, connecting with others and knowing that asking for professional help is a strength.
A big thank you to Wyndham City for creating opportunities to connect, learn, celebrate and grow.

💛 Resilience is something we build together.

Thank you to everyone who joined me in person and online for my Raising Resilient Families author talk at Wyndham Libraries Hoppers Crossing, as part of the Wyndham Learning Festival.

As a little girl, I walked through these doors, borrowed books and discovered stories on these shelves. To now return as an author sharing my own book is truly special.
A heartfelt thank you to Wyndham Libraries, Emily, Seth, Josh, Wyndham Learning Festival and everyone involvedin making this possible.

My biggest takeaway from tonight:
Seeking mental health, professional and parenting support is a strength not a weakness. We don’t have to wait for a crisis. Asking for help early helps us build stronger, safer and more connected families.
Thank you for listening, sharing and being part of this conversation. 💜

Forever grateful to my publisher, BusyBird Publishing, for believing in my book, believing in its message, and giving Raising Resilient Families the opportunity to reach families and create meaningful conversations.

One conversation. One connection. One child at a time.
✨ What a journey. What a full-circle moment. ✨
