Pleased to share that Radwan Ghazi Moumneh & Frédéric D. Oberland have been invited to perform at the 20th anniversary edition of Le Guess Who? in Utrecht, Netherlands, on November 8, as part of this year’s artist-curated programme.

The festival’s first wave of artists includes an inspiring and far-reaching constellation of voices and projects, among them Tortoise, Grouper, Loraine James, Kelsey Lu, Juana Molina, Maryam Saleh, and many more.

The performance follows the release of Eternal Life No End, the duo’s debut collaborative album, available now on Constellation (link in bio).

A European tour is currently being assembled around the festival appearance, with additional dates to be announced in the coming months.

More soon.

Big thanks to Philip Sherburne / Futurism Restated for writing about Glissandro 70’s long-lost second album G70 2: Bones of Dundasa:

“Arthur Russell’s influence is self-evident: the opening song is a cover of “Lucky Cloud,” graced with a trombone solo by Russell’s collaborator Peter Zummo. But in other ways, it’s a very different record than their debut: In place of its long, evolving, hypnotic tracks, the new (old) record sticks mostly to pithier running times, while exploring an even squirrelier set of moods and japes. It’s a far more hardscrabble vision of psychedelia this time out. But Glissandro 70 can still be generously immersive when they feel like it. As a wrinkled snapshot, torn edges and all, of a future that might have been, it makes for a fascinating artifact.”

G70 2: Bones of Dundasa is out now on Constellation and currently shipping from Bandcamp, the CST webshoppe, and wherever you buy your music from.

Written and recorded in the years surrounding the duo’s self-titled debut before being shelved, lost, and unexpectedly rediscovered, the record finally arrives two decades later as a fractured companion piece to one of the defining underground Canadian records of the 2000s.

Glissandro 70 (Craig Dunsmuir & Sandro Perri ) play Toronto on 04 June alongside Khora & Mas Aya and Sweet Lips, presented by TONE at Standard Time .to.

The show follows the release of G70 2: Bones Of Dundasa, the duo’s second album on Constellation, assembled from recordings spanning 2004–2015 and recently restored into a full-length work.
Early responses have noted its shift between electronic construction and rhythm-led pieces, with a strong sense of continuity across time rather than archival distance.

Radwan Ghazi Moumneh + Frédéric D. Oberland
Canada 2026

Three dates this June, organized by Heavy Trip:

June 20 — Pantoum — Québec, QC
June 22 — BSMT 254 — Toronto, ON
June 27 — Sala Rossa (Suoni) — Montréal, QC

The duo’s debut album Eternal Life No End is out now via Constellation, available on vinyl and digital.

“A stunning, devastating album that gestures at the paradox of art structured by tragedy; the urgency of responding to calamity and art’s inadequacy to do so. Expansive droning soundscapes are ruptured by gut-shaking bass synth, punctuated by tonal percussion, woven by plaintive modular arpeggios, that pirouette alongside Moumneh’s twangy solo buzuk and dirge-like vocal harmonies. Electrified rababa threads a needle from your heart to your eyes, tugging along the pain of a war-torn landscape. Moumneh’s vocals wrench otherworldly emotionality.” – THE WIRE

“In the lamenting vocals, which often sound very melodic and instrumental, one can let one’s thoughts wander, and perhaps even find solace. Eternal Life No End, despite its cover featuring ominous, fairy-tale creatures and an initial focus on the pursuit of darkness and hell, conceals within it emotionally resonant melodies. Delicate string arrangements, saxophone enchantments, bass chord changes, and Moumneh’s seductive vocals lend this album its uniqueness and perhaps also a glimmer of hope in times of darkness and anxiety.” – THE QUIETUS

Constellation’s Winter/Spring 2026 bundle (covering all new releases from February through May, including this one) remains available until May 4.

G70 2: Bones Of Dundasa is out today.

Twenty years after their 2006 debut, Glissandro 70 (Sandro Perri and Craig Dunsmuir) return with a second full-length assembled from recordings made between 2004–2015, lost in 2016, and restored from rough mixes years later.

The material has been revisited and shaped into a complete album, shifting between electronic constructions and rhythm-led pieces, with occasional returns to song-based forms.

The record includes a version of “Lucky Cloud” by Arthur Russell featuring Peter Zummo, and a take on “You The Vandal” by Moondog. Additional contributions come from Jeremy Strachan and Ryan Driver, and the album closes with a 2005 remix by Dan Bodan.

Each track is paired with a video directed by Jacob Mittermaier-Zubeck. All 12 are now live on the Constellation YouTube channel and embedded on the album’s Bandcamp page.
It’s also Bandcamp Friday, so purchases made today directly support the artists and label.

Listen and watch via Bandcamp and YouTube.

Constellation is taking part in a collective fundraiser this weekend in support of Beit Aam .aam, a Beirut-based community organization providing direct aid to displaced people across Lebanon.

From Friday May 1 through Sunday May 3 (Bandcamp Friday weekend), we will be donating our full label share of digital sales on Bandcamp to support their work on the ground.

The current displacement crisis in Lebanon has been driven by the escalation of violence following Israeli military operations and ongoing regional conflict, including heavy bombardments in the south and parts of Beirut. This has led to widespread destruction of housing and infrastructure, forcing over a million people from their homes.

Beit Aam has become a vital grassroots relief hub, coordinating volunteers and distributing essential supplies (food, hygiene kits, clothing, and other basic necessities) to people across affected areas.

This initiative brings together more than 30 independent labels worldwide — including Beacon Sound, Bongo Joe, Glitterbeat, Habibi Funk, Honest Jon’s, Mississippi Records, Strut, Mr Bongo, Discrepant, Rebel Up, and Awesome Tapes from Africa — pooling Bandcamp revenues over the same weekend to direct funds where they are urgently needed.

If you’ve been meaning to support or explore our catalogue, this weekend’s purchases will directly contribute to Beit Aam’s work.

If you’d like to contribute further, you can also donate directly here:

“A compelling performance that sidesteps every conceivable ‘world music’ or psych-rock cliché and convention.” - Yorkshire Post (live review)

“A vivid set that moved from suspended, vocal-led openings into heavy rhythmic surges, with buzuq, modular synth, guitar manipulations and Sandy Chamoun’s intense vocal phrasing driving a sound that felt both ancient and electrically new.” - Vanguard (live review)

“A transcendental web of sound over which Sandy Chamoun’s hypnotic voice ebbs and flows. For an hour SANAM hold you in the thrall of their shape- and genre-shifting sound, a concert of such sonic integrity and invention that continues to survive in what is a fast disappearing world.” - God Is In The TV (live review)
