Happy Easter! 🐣 HE has risen my true Father Jehovah Jireh the only one ☝️ that’s ever made sense in my life & can provide true love & peace. ❤️ Jesus Christ more than a prophet, more than a name & I will always testify of his goodness over my life. Even if the world 🌎 people & countries try to ban his name, mock him & remove prayer 🙏 he is the only Living True God! Look at everything around you no other God is mocked the way he is in media, music 🎶 Hollywood, in parades. That must tell you he’s got to be real! Why would you try so hard to suppress someone that’s fake?

He protects, provides & helps his children. 🌎✊❤️ So many stories, so many friends I’ve seen pass so many things he’s shown me spiritually in visions, dreams & in people.

This wknd is extra special to me because of his love ❤️ & what he did for me and you on the cross. None of us deserve his grace & mercy… No not one! ☝️ I surely don’t. There is no good works, good deeds you can do to earn his love 💕 it’s a free gift 🎁 to all & to those that receive salvation & believe. What a relief we don’t have to strive like the world 🌎 teaches us we don’t need to prove anything we just need to rest in his presence & spend time with him as he continues to grow us. When storms come I know he protects me I’ve seen it so many times. Even if waves 🌊 crash he has still got me!

This was at thousands of people an African church loved the msg, food and warmness of the people. ⛪️ This is an artist I’m digging & play him on my show!

Def a great way to end the night everyone was friendly with good music! 🎶 All the grown folk were pulling out their moves! My feet 🦶 were dun after walking 7hrs & stuck in traffic for almost 3hrs getting there! Great event & outting met lots of nice vendors & restaurants I want to check out! Definitely worth going just be prepared to spend even more $ on food and drinks 🤣

Some cool finds they had Sorrel Soda, Honey Soda made from real Honey, chickpeas coated in sugar cane tasted like beer nuts, spicy Mac n cheese 🧀 jerk style a few fused dishes of different cultures.

I have a very LOVE HATE relationship with this song! 🎵 Years ago I played this at a gospel event over 600 Caribbean people strong! 💪🏼 I wasn’t familiar with this song at time but saw older people dancing to it so thought it was like follow the leader & harmless!

I worked so many hrs on this event to make it perfect then I drop this song in a church crowd. You see everyone on floor not sure 🤔 if they should dance 💃🏻🕺🏾then they all start dancing.

You see a lady pastor start running in heels 👠 to DJ booth YELLIN turn it off turn it off! It looked slow motion for me like an angry face 😠 coming at my Dj booth 🤣👀🫣She was NOT so nice! She was so mad 😡 at end of night she hustled for tithing $ & dumped the bucket on my turntables asking how much does she owe me! She basically made it rain 🌧️ in $5 bills at me. I can say that was the first! 🤣🫣👀👠

I felt so bad that night cause everyone seemed to have a good time but I made 1 mistake that wasn’t forgiven. I’ve learned I can only be me but when I hear this song it brings back those crazy memories 🤣😆

Another lesson I’ve learned in life & still learning always be nice 😊 accept people where they are at that’s how you win people over. She didn’t know I put in 20hrs prepping for the event to make it perfect for her. All the energy I tried to ensure people had an awesome time. I went way over & above but now I actually understand why some may never feel welcome in a church or step in one I absolutely get it!

This song makes me laugh now I’m glad it said bum bum instead of the other. Dear Lordt can you imagine if I dropped dancehall?! It would be over for me! 🫣🫣

So many memories Djing wow the stories I may not get everything right but there will always be a funny story & a good memory with me! 🤣🙌🏼👀

This is the at the DJ def turned into a party 🎊 after! I’d love to collaborate events here with them.

The was a lot of fun thought they would have more food samples than crackers & sauces especially if your paying $25 entrance fee but salute to the few booths that cooked up some samples for everyone & cool drinks.

As the night ended the DJ turned it into a fete! 🥳 I like going out early & it ending earlier now that’s why the day time coffee parties are doing so well! People don’t like late nights anymore. Overall, definitely an experience to see new restaurants in the city & try them!

Checked out 2 free dance classes this week that puts on! Trying new creative things in the city & amazing that it’s free! They put on hundreds of events in Peele Region Cooksville Mississauga so check them out. Bollywood style every Wed & Latin Bachata every Monday! The instructor tonight was amazing I was blown away this is more than a workout & faster than kuzumba!

It was really nice to see more Diversity yrs ago when I had my Radio Show it was much different back then. The lack of diversity in music & true artists being showcased it was my job to feature them. I’m so happy to say it’s changed a lot!
