Tyson, it was SO HARD to narrow down the amazing adventures (& ridiculous pics I have) to just these to celebrate your birthday today.

I love you beyond measure.
Thank you for being my adventure buddy, my partner in crime, and pushing me SO FAR out of my comfort zone with this whole airstream living situation.
I know I do that to you too haha.

Here’s to another awesome year of you.
Be sure to leave him some birthday wishes! And if you eat nachos, keep your salsa and sour cream separate as a birthday present to him 😂

Same suit. Different body. Every time I wear it.

Our bodies change so much, so quickly.

So many of us know that dread of changing seasons & trying on clothes we haven’t worn since last year.

Sucking in and saying a silent prayer as you lift the zipper or fasten a button…

I refuse to go through life any longer hating my body or punishing myself for how clothes fits.

On Aug 16 at the Fearless Women’s Summit, for the first time, I’m sharing how I got to this place of self acceptance.

And let me tell you…

This acceptance feels a lot better than that shame.

I grew up spending my teenage allowance on cellulite reducing creams.
I didn’t wear shorts above the knee until my 30s.
I had a collection of hats I never wore out.

‘Don’t stand out’, we subconsciously tell ourselves.
‘People will talk, or make fun of you’.

Do we really think strangers will point & laugh, or clutch their pearls if we wear a hat out of the house? Or show off our legs, or less than flat stomachs?

Who are we afraid of, when it comes to wearing things we want to wear?

I hope you can ask yourself that question and realize there is no specific answer.

Because if you have people in your life who would look down on you or say things to your face or behind your back, THATS ABOUT THEM NOT YOU.

Dont dim your shine or stay small to make someone else feel better about themselves.

I hope you can embrace ONE THING this summer that you really want for yourself! I’m working on crop tops myself 😅

It’s been A WEEK 😵‍💫

I’ve been struggling to keep up since we got back two weeks ago…!

Last month, on our travels, we had the privilege of seeing some incredible art exhibits that celebrated 2SLGBTQAI+ throughout history. (Peep the Warhol paintings!)

Because there have always been gay and trans people 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

The world will be a lot better place when we stop spending so much time worrying what other people do with their bodies.
