The summit was special – participants learned from each other by sharing experiences, tips, and insights. Because everyone has something valuable to contribute 🫴🏼.

This same spirit continues with this year’s Media Innovation Summit, happening at the turn of October and November. Over 40 ind ependent newsrooms 🗞️ from across Europe will gather to share experiences, lessons learned, and ideas on how design thinking and innovation can transform media production.

This isn’t just another sit-and-listen conference 🪑👂🏼 – it’s a collaborative space based on the “all teach, all learn” principle. Newsrooms will present their projects and prototypes developed through the PluPro initiative, where they received microgrants to test new products and services. They’ll share what worked – and what didn’t – in various formats, providing a real insight into innovation in media.
