This Volunteer Week, we're celebrating the people who quietly keep Christian bookshops alive.
The people who unpack deliveries.
The people who recommend a book to someone who needs encouragement.
The people who listen to stories.
The people who make the tea.
The people who pray for customers.
The people who give their time, week after week, because they believe Christian books can change lives.
Many Christian bookshops are powered by volunteers.
Not for recognition.
Not for applause.
But because they understand that every conversation, every recommendation, and every book placed into the right hands can make a difference.
Their service helps stories of faith, hope and encouragement reach thousands of readers across the UK and beyond.
So this Volunteer Week, we simply want to say:
Thank you.
Your kindness, faithfulness and generosity matter more than you know.
"Serve one another humbly in love." Galatians 5:13
