✨ Throwback Thursday ✨

“He is my first thought when I wake up in the morning and my last thought at night. I hope that everything I do is God’s will. He is the source of everything. He is my best friend, He really is. Everyday He gifts me with love.” — Colette O’Doherty

A beautiful reflection from this Finding Faith 2022 article. Read more from Colette’s interview, alongside other personal stories of faith, hope, and encountering Jesus in everyday life across Ireland.

UPCOMING RETREAT: "THE JOY OF THE LORD"
Join us for the first of our planned spiritual retreats, hosted in the Bewglas Centre, exploring themes such as prayer, Scripture, intimacy with God, mission, and Christian discipleship. These are open to anyone seeking refreshment and retreat. The first of these will be led by Rev. John Dickinson on 29-30 May.

The joy of the Lord is our strength, but what does this truly mean and why is it that the Christian life is so rarely associated with joy today? This conference will explore these questions concerning the experience of joy in the life of discipleship. We are living in difficult and uncertain times, when the true joy of the Lord often seems distant or rarely experienced. We will reflect on how the joy of the Lord can become a real and sustaining strength in our personal lives and how we may find true rest in Him.

KEY INFO
Dates: Friday 29 May (19:30–22:00) & Saturday 30 May (10:00–15:00)
