Desired Candidate:-
Experience 6 month - 2 years as SEO Executive
• SEO and search engine.
• On page optimization.
• Off page optimization.
• Tools like Google Analytics, Metatags, webtrends
• HTML, XML, MS EXCEL, PPT basics would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
• Sound knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Directory Submission, Classified Posting, Article, Blog Submission.
• Link Building & Exchange.
• Social Bookmarking.
• Blog, Forum Comment Posting.
• Keyword Ranking Research.
• Overview of Google Analytics, Webmaster.
• Create weekly report.
• Evaluate effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis.
• Manage ongoing Internet marketing campaigns such as Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Link Building plus Social Media Optimization (SMO)
SMO activities:
Develop plans/proposals to suit the need of specific projects following the latest
SMO practices.
Research and implement best practices on social media platforms to increase fan
base.
Optimize other channels such as video, blogging and bookmarking and
successfully integrate them into social media optimization plans
Co-ordinate with development & design team to formulate strategies for social
engagement.
Mentor other social media optimizers.
Keyword Research: Experience with tools like Word Tracker, Digital Point, Google Adword Keyword Tool, Google Suggestion Tools and Overture Keyword Suggestion Tools.
Analytics: Good knowledge of Google Analytic Tool
• Maintaining company interactions for inhouse projects on Internet marketing.
• Implement and execute the marketing plans for various online marketing programs, including client engagements and interactions.
• Ability to work with team and should be punctual.
• Work closely with other specialists within the company to ensure best practice is being rolled out across the board.
• Willing to take initiative of projects and be accountable to the ultimate success of each project / campaign.
