🇺🇸 SAS 2026: BlackSea Tech unveils new COMET USV

🔎 At the Sea Air Space expo in Washington, D.C., BlackSea Technologies unveiled its new COMET Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV). Additionally, the company showcased Gen II of its Global Reconnaissance Craft (GARC) called the CHASER, a small USV (sUSV). BlackSea spokesperson Jason Salata spoke with FW MAG at SAS about how modularity makes both systems ideal for a variety of missions, as many of their systems are already field- and combat-tested 👇

➡ WASS Submarine Systems is presenting its BLACK ARROW A244/S Mod.4 lightweight torpedo in Southeast Asia for the first time, marking its regional debut at the ongoing Defence Services Asia (DSA) exhibition.

🔎 The company is positioning the Mod.4 as its latest lightweight torpedo, targeting upgrade and replacement requirements among existing A244/S operators, while also targeting new lightweight torpedo programmes across Southeast Asia. The debut comes as regional navies continue to prioritise anti-submarine warfare capabilities amid increasing underwater activity and submarine acquisitions.
