Episode 2 of Sopa Shorts I talked with Rhiannon! we discuss her film ‘Brains for Dinner’

I chose this film because stop motion animation is something that I know next to nothing about and I wanted to learn! I watched her film 3 yrs ago and to this day it sticks with me. It’s so cute and detailed. I love the way Rhiannon built this world using multiple skills that she acquired over the years. Her attention to details and character traits make this one of my favs!

was so fun! Thank you to Carey and Kira and all of the volunteers and board members!
This year we got to do some on camera interviews with a lot of the Center Stage Conversation panelists! It was great to be able to dig a little deeper with these amazing people!
Thank you to for hosting this at their amazing facilities, you’ll see in the pics that we did the interviews in front of their virtual production LED wall, and thank you to and his team for being the camera team!
Also thanks to Yaya for helping us out and being able to hang out with Cecilia during this time!

Starting a new show called “Sopa Shorts”
I watch a LOT of short films… because you know…attention span and all that.

For this show I wanted to pick some of my favorite short films I’ve watched over the years and talk to the artist that created it. We watch it together and I get to pause it whenever I have a question usually being “HOW DID YOU DO THAT?!” It’s so much fun learning how indie filmmakers get their shot!
