Hey friends and valued clients,
I want to share an experience that recently took place at Madik Innovation Recording Studio, which was a somber first for me. As many of you know, our mission is to house a creative and respectful environment for all our guests. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation that strayed from these values.
A new client who found us on Google was, from the jump, aggressive and condescending, leading to a work environment that was not only challenging but eventually became uncomfortable to my boundaries as a professional. Although he was pleased with the recording quality, his behavior after the session escalated in a manner that was entirely unacceptable.
I have always prided myself on maintaining a professional demeanor and diffusing tense situations peacefully. However, this interaction took a turn when he began yelling and refusing to leave after being asked politely. My efforts to de-escalate by announcing my intention to call law enforcement led to an altercation where I had to push him away in defense as he physically charged at me.
Thankfully, the police arrived promptly and handled the situation, ensuring the individual left the premises. This situation was not just a first, I've always been able to avoid such encounters and have strived tirelessly to provide a safe, professional environment that allows for creativity to flourish.
I'm sharing this not to alarm you, but to be transparent about how seriously I take our shared space and the comfort and safety of my clients.
I am now facing another challenge: this individual decided to leave multiple (3 so far) negative reviews on Google under fake accounts, aiming to harm the reputation we've built together.
While this is disheartening, I'm reaching out to you, my supportive community of friends and clients, because your opinion and experiences at Madik Innovation count. If you have a moment to spare, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could share an honest review on Google. Your feedback could help paint a more accurate picture of our studio's character and service quality.
