🎶 Here Comes The Front ⛈️

Looking at current radar, there is a lot to talk about. Two different portions of the front are finally starting to move into Oklahoma.

1.) The Western Section - This line should weaken overnight (explains why there's no Watch in effect or being talked about) but areas could see small hail & gusty winds. Flooding is also a concern, especially as they slowly move over already saturated areas.

2.) The Eastern Section - This is the area that will require more attention as the hours progress. As this line continues to bow, wind gusts as high as 90mph will be the main concern. Flooding will be a concern with this segment as well.

We'll be left with plenty of cloud cover for your Sunday with on & off chances for showers as temperatures dip well below average for mid June.

First, a Heat Advisory is in effect this afternoon for a majority of the area as triple digit heat is expected. Thankfully, a cold front sweeps through this evening bringing the chance for severe storms through Friday morning. Hail & damaging winds are the main concern. Stay tuned later for any watches or warnings that pop up.
