Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. once said: “The time is always right to do what is right.” This week we’re introducing you to Americans, like Karen Washington, who are doing what is right for the environment, and their communities.

Here's Dave Malkoff:

Martin Luther King Jr. said, "Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?”

In our "Faces of Change" series, we’ll show you how several Americans are rising to the challenge that question poses. Like BlocPower founder Donnel Baird.

Thanks to Lord for keeping us alive
You were involved with an Oklahoma tornado documentary discussing both Moore Tornadoes. I performed some research on the first Moore Tornado associated with the May 3,1999 Oklahoma Tornado Outbreak. Performing some rudimentary math concepts based upon series sequencing, the layout of Storms ABC and D for that outbreak were pecified to time and placement based on the cardioid. With an expected area of these storms at 8500 square miles, the distances between these storms can be expected to be Storm D to C, 60 miles; Storm C to B(averaged), 100 miles; and Storm B(averaged) to A, 80 miles.Storms ABC and D demarcate half a heart shape

Thanks to Dave Malkoff, Rodney, and Brad from The Weather Channel for coming to AZ to interview me about climate change! I really enjoyed the time we spent together today and wish you the very best in your efforts to educate the public about the importance of taking action against climate change!
At the very beginning of your tornado Oklahoma target video. Is the best clip of a tornado ever. Do you know who took this video. I would like to find it again. I know I saw it a year or two ago. Thanks...
Don't let anyone light you like this... the sun and most lights are shoulder height and higher. Not at knee level. Just saying.
Dave Malkoff - Thank you for coming to Nebraska, to cover the blizzard hurricane! Please come back to see the devistation. The collapse of the Spencer Dam, almost did us in.
Greatly appreciated your reporting this morning, March 4, 2019, Salem, AL. Your compassion for the families who had lost love ones during the devastating tornadoes was truly refreshing. The brief interview with the gentleman who had lost his mother followed by your heartfelt words, as the camera panned away, spoke to the hurt that all those who face such tragedy feel.
Dave,Trevor Lienemann passed away last weekend. You did a Frozen America story on 1-3-18 about feeding cattle. I worked with Tom Lea to set this story up. Trevor was a good friend and always had time to give sound-bites when needed. He really enjoyed working with you and your crew. Thanks....John.
Stay safe there Dave !! That is some tough reporting being there watching the crews & home owners fight to save everything! God Bless Everyone & Stay Safe !!!!!
