Plant medicine isn’t medicine when it becomes a
crutch.

These sacred plants were never meant to be consumed like supplements. They are teachers — not tools for avoidance or identity. And in my path, I’ve honored that truth.

I’ve sat with nearly every sacred plant just once. Why? Because I believe in the message. And once you receive it, you hang up the phone. You get to work. You integrate. You build. You serve. You live.

The medicine shows us the portal — but it’s not the path. We are the ones who must walk it.

For me, the real ceremony is not on the cushion or in the jungle. It’s in the uncomfortable conversations. It’s in leading a team. It’s in listening to someone’s heartbreak without needing to fix it. It’s in feeding a community. It’s in honoring my word.

Plant medicine taught me presence, but life demanded I practice it.
It showed me connection, but Earth asked me to embody it.

So now I’m on the ground — with the people — doing the work.
And for me, that’s the highest form of integration.

Dear community,

Leah is currently deep in a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat—ten full days of noble silence. In her absence, I’ve embraced the quiet too, creating space at home to listen, reflect, and just be.

2024 has been a year of profound endings. I’ve shed distractions, illusions, and relationships that no longer met me with mutual care. It’s been humbling—like being stripped bare, unsure when new life would return.

But through it all, one thing quietly bloomed: this love. A soul-rooted connection with Leah that continues to anchor me. It’s a love we choose each day, built not on fantasy but on presence, growth, and devotion.

This shared silence has reminded me what it means to be human—to feel fully, to let go gracefully, and to honor the sacredness of slowing down.

Thank you for being part of this journey. I carry your love with me into 2025—more grounded, more open, and more in love with life than ever.
