🚨 SENTENCING UPDATE 🚨
The former owner of Zadeh Kicks, Michael Malekzadeh, has been sentenced to 70 months in federal prison for orchestrating a massive fraud scheme that left sneaker customers out over $65 million in undelivered orders.

Federal prosecutors say Malekzadeh knowingly took preorder money he couldn’t fulfill, while also defrauding banks out of more than $15 million to fund a luxury lifestyle. Authorities seized millions in cash, watches, jewelry, luxury cars, and real estate.

Restitution for victims is still pending, with a hearing scheduled for March 31, 2026
